Job Duties:  

 

1. Oversee the strategy, design, development, implementation, execution, support and maintenance of robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions 

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications 

3. Lead the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards 

4. Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are optimized for performance and security 

5. Manage a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development 

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend strategic improvements to our service offerings 

7. Ensuring the successful deployment, monitoring, and management of project delivery  

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with our services 

9. Engage in comprehending business processes and contribute to a key initiative aimed at streamlining the application suite, primarily focusing on server-side development using Python. 

10. Maintain integrated DevOps pipeline for skill management, testing, and agile computing. 

 

Job Requirement:  

 

1. 4+ experiences on IT infrastructure and DevOps experience 

2. Solid experience in implementation of cloud, server and storage, network and security  

3. Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage and security 

4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget 

5. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals 

6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language 

7. Strong technical skills in Proxmox Virtual Environment, Docker, K8S, all round Linux, Windows server and network equipment configuration 

8. Strong technical skills in Python programming, shell script and automations. 

9. Strong technical skills on monitoring tools (e.g. Wireshark, Wazuh) 

10. Proficient in Chinese and English
